Returns & Refunds Policy

At French Avenue, we take great care in packaging and delivering your fragrances. However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or pilferaged, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, broken, or pilferaged.

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

  • You may choose between:

    • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

    • A full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used fragrance bottles unless they were received damaged.
